Why is fitness important?

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

A recent picture of mine but still my overall health is still the same. Got back to the grind this week!

What do men find attractive in an older woman?

That’s what fitness does to you!

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

As a NATO/Ukraine supporter, since you're so blown away and angered by Trump putting Zelensky in his place yesterday, why don't you support the Ukraine by joining the Ukrainian army? There's 200,000,000+ of you. Put your money where your mouths are.

I’m back after a long hiatus.

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.
