What do people with very high IQs do all day?

I work in a university and I’m surrounded by people who can make me feel dumb in 5 minutes by talking to them. The average IQ around here must be about 110–120 even after you count the staff and other employees that don’t study, teach, or do research.
This kind of bookish nerd?
I’ve read quite a number of times here on how, supposedly, difficult it is for high IQ people to communicate to the average person. Some of the smartest people I know are great communicators across a wide range of audiences. They’re as far as you can get from the pop culture stereotype of whose “speech” is just blabbering about very technical and obscure stuff.

Of course, they work, but outside of work it’s not that remarkable. Some play sports, others play video games. They go to the gym, they shop, they do arts and craft, they volunteer, and so on. Many drink, socially. Yes, high IQ people have social life, contrary to the stereotype from the movies and TV shows. Many of them are probably better than the average IQ people.
Extremely rare. As far I can remember, I’ve only met about 5 or so people who look something like this. And that’s already across 3 very different countries.
Yes, high IQ people have hobbies that don’t involve books or computers (not that many actually read books a lot and use computers all day). Many are very articulate. Many are physically attractive, heck, many are downright sexy. Oh yes, they do have sex lives too (how do you think they have families? And yes, some do it recreationally too).
I want to have anal sex, but my wife refuses. What do I do?
It’s probably a boring answer, but it is what it is.
Basically, everyone does what the average person does.
